Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Connex AP solutions to ensure seamless transaction processing and system integration
Oversee Connex Transaction Processing to optimize performance and reliability across payment systems
Provide technical expertise in Connex PMC to enhance system monitoring and management capabilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Connex Processor Interface aligns with business requirements
Utilize Tandem technology to support high availability and fault-tolerant systems within the Cards & Payments domain
Analyze and troubleshoot system issues to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency
Develop and maintain documentation for Connex systems to support ongoing operations and future enhancements
Implement best practices for system security and compliance within the payment processing environment
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives
Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement
Provide training and support to team members to enhance their understanding of Connex systems and processes
Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve payment processing capabilities
Ensure all solutions are scalable and adaptable to future business needs
Qualification
Required
Demonstrate proficiency in Connex AP Connex Transaction Processing Connex PMC Connex Processor Interface and Tandem technology
Possess in-depth knowledge of Cards & Payments domain to effectively address industry-specific challenges
Exhibit strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues
Showcase excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends
Hold a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience in Connex systems and payment processing
Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with day shifts
Present a track record of successful project delivery within the Cards & Payments sector
Maintain a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
