Responsibilities
Plays a critical role in building and growing relationships and book of business with significant clients
Provides strategic recommendations, with business/industry/service understanding, to our clients to drive account retention and growth
Navigates and collaborates with cross functional teams, including Strategy, Creative and Production
Is a consultative resource to our clients and internal team members, ultimately creating new business opportunities
Mitigates potential roadblocks, before an issue arises
Has strong financial management experience, with regard to business impact
Embodies the voice of the client in all internal discussions
Understands complex financial management to increase profitability of accounts and position business well for future growth
Manages 1โ2 direct reports
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proactive and motivated, but a team player
Great presence and sticky with clients
Demonstrated experience in an agency environment โ bonus points if you have virtual event and content marketing expertise
7โ10 years of experience Account Management, Strategy or another client facing role
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree a plus
