Responsibilities

Respond to inbound queries, and help users navigate next steps – whether by addressing their questions or by connecting them with the appropriate team member
Deliver an exceptional experience to all users
Provide tailored recommendations and resources to ensure a class-leading experience
Deliver exceptional support via phone, chat, and email
Collaborate across teams to continuously improve our platform, tools, and internal processes

Required

A deep passion for enthusiast cars and the automotive world
Strong knowledge of vehicle sales and the enthusiast space
Experience providing high-touch customer support in fast-paced settings, ideally at startups, marketplaces, or online platforms
A professional customer-facing demeanor and the ability to quickly communicate with clarity, succinctness, and precision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational habits
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
A collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally
Adaptability, energy, and enthusiasm for startup-style environments
