Responsibilities
Review, analyze, and process estate recovery and trust recovery cases in accordance with program guidelines
Examine legal, financial, and case documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Maintain detailed case records and update systems using Excel and internal case management tools
Meet established productivity, quality, and SLA performance metrics
Support investigative, collections, or recovery activities related to assigned cases
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely case progression
Obtain and maintain Notary certification (company-paid), if not already certified
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Working knowledge of at least one of the following areas: Medicaid, Legal documents, Real estate or title documents, Collections, Investigations
Ability to consistently perform in a metrics-driven, SLA-based environment
Active Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain certification immediately upon hire (paid by the company)
Preferred
Associate degree or Paralegal Certificate
