Conduct competitive and audience research to inform development marketing and leasing strategies for office leasing, dining leasing as well as residential leasing
Manage data collection and reporting across campaigns, media, and leasing initiatives
Develop insights decks and materials for internal and external stakeholders
Support creative and content teams with data-driven recommendations
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in real estate insights, or strategic planning, and marketing analytics
Strong analytical and storytelling skills with experience in data visualization
Proficiency in CRM, analytics, and research platforms
Detail-oriented with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Bachelor's Degree
