The Field Pricing Analyst will partner with the sales team to ensure alignment of pricing strategies, manage stakeholder communication, and coordinate price studies to inform pricing decisions.

Responsibilities
Partner with the sales team to ensure alignment with pricing strategies and develop strong relationships with CE sales stakeholders
Coordinate price studies with Carrier, including submitting, following up, and loading approved quotes and rebates into PriceFx
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels, including Sales Development Rep (SDR's) / Sales Development Director, Market Leaders, VP of Legacy / Wholesale / Institutional, and Region Presidents
Consolidate market pricing data to inform price studies
Manage dealer add requests via HVAC Partners, load approved rebates and pricing, and follow up on statuses and rejections
Assist in providing accurate and timely information for price books in collaboration with Product Management
Qualification
Required
Experience in pricing analysis or a related field
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels
Experience with pricing software, preferably PriceFx
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Strong relationship-building skills
Knowledge of HVAC/R products and market dynamics
