Responsibilities
Serve as a key point of contact for schools during the claims process
Respond to emails, calls, and questions from schools, parents, and teammates
Keep customer records up-to-date, organized, and accurate
Collaborate with Account Managers to resolve issues and provide support
Stay informed on policy and process updates
Step in to assist Account Managers during busy periods
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of customer service or administrative experience, or a recent college degree
Friendly and professional communication—written and verbal
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A team-player mindset with a proactive attitude
Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and accurate data entry (10-key a plus)
