Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership on Oracle Field Service Cloud engagements, owning end-to-end solution architecture and ensuring alignment with client goals and Oracle best practices
Analyze and interpret complex client requirements, business processes, and challenges to design scalable, effective OFS solutions
Define solution blueprints including integrations, extensions, and data flows, leveraging Oracle Cloud technologies such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ERP Cloud, and HCM Cloud
Lead workshops, architecture reviews, and design sessions with client stakeholders and internal teams
Translate business requirements into solution designs, including functional configurations, integrations, custom extensions, and mobile strategies
Partner with project managers to guide scope, timelines, and resources while ensuring quality of deliverables
Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to support business development, including proposal creation and client presentations
Mentor and guide implementation consultants and developers throughout the project lifecycle
Develop and maintain detailed documentation including solution design, integration architecture, and technical specifications
Stay up to date on Oracle updates, certifications, and industry trends
Contribute to internal knowledge base and reusable solution assets
Provide architectural leadership on multiple client engagements simultaneously
Participate in staffing, interviewing, and onboarding of new consultants when required
Review and validate project deliverables to ensure architectural consistency and quality
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Field Service
Strong understanding of cloud architecture, service delivery, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and system integration tools
Preferred
Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle CX Service Cloud, Oracle Field Service Cloud)
Experience with ITIL practices and change management
Knowledge of other Oracle CX or ERP modules is a plus
Familiarity with mobile field service device configurations and support
