Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders across the Technology organization to understand requirements and deliver effective sourcing and procurement solutions
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with suppliers, collaborating closely with Legal and Finance on contracts
Manage procurement operations end-to-end, including approvals, purchase orders, contract execution, and issue resolution related to invoicing and payments
Identify opportunities to improve processes and propose practical solutions that increase efficiency and clarity
Manage a range of projects and priorities, from structured initiatives to time-sensitive requests, while tracking progress, timelines, and risks
Communicate clearly with stakeholders to keep work moving and ensure alignment
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Operations, or Project Management
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to respond quickly to changing requirements
Experience negotiating with suppliers and driving favorable commercial outcomes; contract negotiation experience is a plus
Proven ability to manage projects through completion with attention to detail
Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
Comfortable operating in an environment with ambiguity and shifting priorities
Clear, effective communicator who collaborates well across teams
Curious, growth-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and develop in a high-performance environment
