Senior Account Manager
Cummings Electrical is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead a team of service electricians. This role involves overseeing and managing contractors, vendors, and employees to ensure high-quality and timely deliverables while promoting workplace health and safety.

Minimum 5 years or more years of progressively responsible experience in the electrical construction industry
Must be capable of leading a team of up to 20 electricians
Experience with Electrical / Power Systems such as UPS, Switchgear, Generators, PDU's; a MUST
Managing Projects for Electrical installation of Equipment for high profile projects is a plus
Customer Service Driven
Computer Savvy (Microsoft Suite, MS Project, etc.)
Solid Communicator – excellent oral and written communication skills
Monitor the performance and progress of staff, motivate, organize and encourage teamwork to ensure productivity targets are met
Qualification
Required

Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus
Ability to work long hours and variable schedules on occasion, including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends
Ability to exercise independent judgment within the limits of the position
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering or related field is preferred or previous work as Licensed Electrician/Supervisor
Managing Projects for Electrical installation of Equipment for high profile projects is a plus
