Responsibilities
Engaging with our community across social media and customer touchpoints—responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a way that reflects our brand voice
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure our community feels heard, valued, and supported, while helping shape how our brand shows up in everyday conversations
Creating positive, on-brand interactions that strengthen community engagement
Owning community interactions from first touch to resolution
Applying brand voice guidelines to determine the best way to respond
Building authentic relationships with customers and followers
Communicating with transparency, empathy, and consistency
Ensuring every interaction feels human, intentional, and aligned with our values
Helping turn everyday conversations into meaningful brand moments
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
Strong written communication skills with an understanding of tone and voice
Comfort engaging in public-facing digital conversations
Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities
Detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to learn
Interest in brand, marketing, communications, or community management
