Responsibilities
Support the digital marketing team in improving user experiences across web and campaign touchpoints
Translate customer and business insights into intuitive and effective journeys
Contribute to user flows and journey documentation, user testing, design, and prototypes that enhance how prospects interact with digital marketing assets in both B2B and B2C contexts
Focus on a competitive analysis of LinkedIn through proof-based storytelling
Identify gaps, opportunities, and content themes to enhance ESIS' organic social presence and inform updates to social media content and priority web pages
Guide the development of social posts and assess how organic content can drive traffic to esis.com
Qualification
Required
Students pursuing a bachelor's degree required (many majors will be considered; Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, Design, HCI, Digital Media, or related fields preferred)
GPA of 3.0 or above required
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
