Responsibilities
Post and deposit checks and process credit card payments
Process refunds, chargebacks/NSFs
Enter and issue checks for monthly Client remits
Conduct daily Reconciliation process
Audit and send invoices to clients to request payment
Produce and provide client’s remittance reports
Work with clients to resolve past due balances
Create, update and audit spreadsheets and reports
Regular, punctual attendance
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
At least 3-5 years of related experience
Understanding of bookkeeping practices and procedures
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of spreadsheets and accounting software, QuickBooks preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities
High level of integrity and trustworthiness
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to commit to a 40 hour per week schedule
