Responsibilities

Create and facilitate dynamic, individualized phonics-driven reading sessions for small groups of gifted K-2 learners
Leverage storytelling and interactive techniques to produce learning acceleration 5-10x beyond conventional standards
Monitor student advancement and adjust sessions dynamically to address each cohort's unique requirements
Provide personalized and small-group coaching to achieve measurable growth in adaptive literacy and writing applications

Required

Available to work on-site at GT.School in Georgetown, TX (relocation assistance available)
Bachelor's degree and advanced certification in structured literacy (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
Minimum of 2 years conducting small-group reading interventions for K-2 students
Background working with gifted or high-ability learners in specialized settings
Skilled in using AI/adaptive learning platforms and analyzing student performance metrics
Strong instructional presence with capability to captivate young students through voice, narrative, and enthusiasm
Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship
