Responsibilities

Prepare office paperwork to accompany finished product to stockroom, including product labels
Count and sort finished product
Assist in organizing finished products onto pallets & shrink wrap
Turn in finished product to stock
Assist in scheduling the move of products to different warehouses as necessary
Act as an office runner delivering paperwork and supplies in between departments
Ensure the department has the proper materials on hand for production and coordinate purchasing of necessary raw materials
Communicate and coordinate with the photo department in order to have new product photographed
Fulfill other administrative or office duties as needed

Required

High school diploma or GED certificate
Assembly, packaging, scanning, and forklift experience a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Computer proficiency
Candidates are expected to learn all responsibilities in an adequate time frame
Must be able to work well with others and have excellent communication skills
Ability to handle a physical workload
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Eager to take on responsibility with a personal sense of accountability
Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations
