Responsibilities
Work closely with teams across the organization (e.g., Sales, Product, Operations) to size potential opportunity of initiatives and set-and-manage-against goals/targets
Participate in and lead parts of the annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans
Engage with the HW product teams on pricing and product assortment strategies, assessing the competitive landscape
Develop and maintain dashboards and financial reports with product-and-channel-level visibility (example: CPAM by product per channel or return rates per product)
Develop and maintain dashboards, financial reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders
Analyze operational and financial data and provide actionable insights to business partners
Analyze operational and product costs, identifying trends and opportunities for cost optimization
Conduct in-depth analysis on special projects or new initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related fields
2+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
Preferred
Experience using data to influence business decisions
Experience in corporate finance, including budgeting/planning, forecasting, and reporting
Experience in Excel (macros, index, conditional list, arrays, pivots, lookupts)
Experience in data warehouse and SQL
