Responsibilities
Own the full recruitment lifecycle – from job briefing and proactive sourcing, to offer and onboarding – for roles including engineering, consultancy, and corporate functions
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, HR, and business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies
Proactively source candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, talent pools, referrals), ensuring a strong pipeline of niche talent
Promote client as an employer of choice by delivering a best-in-class candidate experience and effectively communicating our clients EVP
Use data and insights to track performance, report on KPIs, and continuously improve sourcing and hiring outcomes, delivering against KPI’s and SLA’s
Qualification
Required
Expert in Engineering Recruitment
Experience in Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering and Aviation recruitment
Proven experience as an in-house or 360 recruiter, in a multinational or matrixed environment
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills – able to build trust and credibility at all levels
Experience managing niche hiring needs across multiple disciplines
English language required
Preferred
Engineering and or Infrastructure Engineering experience
German language skills a plus
ATS: Oracle experience a plus
