Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineering teams to reproduce, analyze, and debug power and thermal issues

Support platform-level power and thermal validation across different workloads

Analyze functional bugs and assess their impact on power, performance, and system stability

Develop and execute stress workloads to validate TDP, nTDP, and power state behavior

Assist in tuning register settings and improving software data paths related to power management

Perform telemetry analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities

Conduct platform-level debugging to triage and resolve power and thermal issues

Support software and platform-level testing and validation activities

Document findings, test results, and root-cause analysis

Provide regular technical status updates and participate in design and debug reviews

Required

The candidate must have a Bachelor´s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related fields

6+ years of experience in the following areas:

Debugging, telemetry analysis, and performance tuning

Platform-level power and thermal validation

Python or C/C++

Linux Scripting

Strong programming experience in C/C++ and/or Python

Experience scripting and debugging in Linux environments

Knowledge of software testing and platform-level validation

Understanding of power and thermal management concepts at the system level

Hands-on experience with debugging, telemetry analysis, and performance tuning

Familiarity with version control and CI tools (Git, GitHub, Jenkins or similar)
