Responsibilities

Perform inbounding and pre prep functions
Scheduling and job setup with staging
Preparing Job Specifications
Perform Sort, Prep, Packaging and Release functions
Final quality check on and corrections post production
Imaging Operations employee training
Adhere and utilize DMS Imaging Center SOP’s/guidelines and forms

Qualification

Imaging technologyProject workflow managementCustomer interactionWritten communicationVerbal communication

Required

Familiarity with PC, imaging and other related technology/business experience
Ability and experience to perform all imaging tasks with a strong understanding of imaging quality measurement techniques and processes
Experience with customer interaction. Must display good written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers and Management
Ability to schedule personnel and manage project workflow to meet SLA's
