Responsibilities
Enable the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies
Coach and mentor the Scrum Team(s)
Remove barriers to successful implementation
Maintain a continued focus on the tasks at hand
Facilitate scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Identify and report progress through appropriate metrics
Be a subject matter expert and collaborate with the team to perform effectively
Make team decisions and engage with multiple teams
Contribute to key decisions and provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team by encouraging feedback and innovative ideas
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for Agile practices
Utilize metrics to track team performance and identify areas for improvement
Lead workshops and training sessions to enhance the team's understanding of Agile principles and practices
Encourage collaboration and communication among team members to enhance productivity and morale
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 6 years of experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience as Scrum Master
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Agile Methodology
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred
