Responsibilities
Participate in various trainings led by practitioners in the respective sections, to include Litigation, Appeals, Consumer Protection, Advisory, Medicaid Fraud Control Unit, and Solicitor General
Each IDAG has a designated Deputy Attorney General mentor
Participate in motion preparation and conduct depositions under supervision
Write responses to petitions for habeas corpus and post-conviction relief
Represent the State in licensing hearings
Qualification
Required
3L at accredited law school
commit to taking the Indiana Bar Exam or the Uniform Bar Exam upon graduation
Preferred
minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
