Business Development Representative
Gradial is a Seattle-based startup enabling digital experiences at the speed of thought. They are seeking a Business Development Representative to help build the top of their sales funnel and introduce marketing teams to a new way of operating with AI.

Responsibilities
Own outbound prospecting across target accounts using email, phone, and social channels
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to understand pain points, use cases, and buying intent
Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives by clearly articulating Gradial’s value
Collaborate closely with AEs, Marketing, and RevOps to refine ICPs, messaging, and outreach strategy
Maintain accurate activity, notes, and pipeline data in CRM
Continuously test and improve outreach tactics in a rapidly evolving sales motion
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar revenue-facing role at a SaaS company
Proven ability to prospect, engage, and qualify mid-market or enterprise buyers
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear, confident outreach style
High level of ownership, grit, and comfort operating in ambiguity
Coachable mindset with a desire to learn sales fundamentals and progress into a closing role
Preferred
Experience selling or prospecting into Marketing, Web, or Digital teams
Familiarity with marketing technology, CMS platforms, or AI-driven products
