Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of administrative, secretarial, and clerical duties in support of the Talent Acquisition department
Source candidates for assigned job openings using job boards, applicant tracking systems, referrals, and other recruiting tools
Screen candidates to ensure minimum qualifications are met prior to advancing in the recruitment process
Coordinate, schedule, and track interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and next steps as appropriate
Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists, hiring managers, facility Human Resources staff, senior leadership, and external vendors
Assist with employment offers, pre-employment processes, and onboarding coordination as needed
Support compliance with organizational recruiting standards, policies, and applicable employment laws
Prepare reports, track recruitment activity, and assist with audit requests as assigned
Participate in recruiting initiatives, hiring events, and process improvement efforts
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED, required
Secretarial training, clerical and previous office experience, required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, required
Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communications skills
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or a related field
Previous experience in health care recruitment
