Responsibilities
Function as the primary on-site Help Desk Administrator for one or more Trillium Living divisions and/or partners
Build strong, trust-based relationships with end users and stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service
Provide Helpdesk support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
Conduct IT Onboarding and Offboarding
Train staff members on new technologies
Assist the VP and Director of IS with asset management
Track and manage work through a ticketing system
Learn and administrate site-specific technologies
Collaborate with business leadership, the Director of IS, and VP of IS with ongoing and future IT initiatives
Crosstrain with other Trillium Living IT Site Coordinators
Provide backup coverage for other IT Site Coordinators
Become a subject matter expert on one or more Trillium Living-wide IT systems (e.g. mail hygiene, endpoint protection, imaging, backups, hypervisors, M 365, security cameras, door access control, certificates, software/OS patching, printers, server administration, storage, ticketing system, phones, MDM, RMM, etc.)
Administrate assigned systems
Participate in on-call rotation
Qualification
Required
Individuals must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, network management, and system administration
Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and other operating systems
Knowledge of networking protocols, such as TCP/IP and DHCP
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Able to multitask and prioritize tasks
Strong organizational skills and time management skills
Preferred
Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
Strong project management skills
