Strategic Account Executive

In this remote-first role, the Strategic Account Executive will be responsible for proactively hunting new business while working from a populated funnel of qualified demos and named accounts, aligning relevant solutions to help clients achieve better business processes.

Responsibilities

Lead product demonstrations tailored to ethics and compliance departments, illustrating how Case IQ solutions address specific compliance challenges including speak-up, management of investigations, and the evolution of a customer's compliance program through data driven decision-making
Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and engage potential clients, expanding the sales pipeline and driving new business opportunities within the compliance sector
A core expectation of the Strategic Account Executive role is the ability to self-source opportunities, with an expectation to generate a minimum of 2× annual quota in USD through self-initiated pipeline
Continuously deepen knowledge of Case IQ products and the compliance landscape, including trends, regulations, and best practices to position solutions effectively
Achieve and exceed sales quotas by understanding and responding to the unique compliance needs of prospects, translating complex compliance requirements into practical software solutions
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support customer compliance objectives, fostering strong, supportive relationships across departments to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support

Required

Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years of B2B software sales experience, ideally with a focus on HR/ER, Investigations, or Risk sectors
Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets, with demonstrated expertise in compliance-focused solution selling and managing high-volume sales pipelines
Strong ability to present complex HR/ER software solutions to varied audiences, including technical and non-technical executives, highlighting features that address accommodations, performance management, requests, workplace investigations, and reporting needs
Highly effective presentation and closing skills with a nuanced understanding of HR/ER, particularly regarding regulatory frameworks, risk management, and investigative case management
