Responsibilities

Lead the strategic planning and execution of CSN initiatives, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are aligned to strategic goals
Serve as a subject matter expert in claims processing and quality standards, providing guidance and integrating expertise into CSN design and audits
Drive end‑to‑end CSN implementation, including stakeholder alignment, launch readiness, and post‑implementation evaluation
Build strong partnerships across sales, service, implementation, CSN, operations, IT, legal, compliance, and external partners such as auditors, vendors, and clients
Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration, resolve obstacles, and promote solution‑oriented discussions
Identify opportunities for product enhancements, innovation, and scalable improvements in CSN quality design
Ensure documentation, network specifications, and process flows are complete, accurate, and fully compliant
Prepare and deliver clear, compelling presentations, reports, and root‑cause analyses to senior leadership, clients, and partners

Required

7+ years of experience in product management, network strategy, healthcare operations, or related fields
Deep expertise in claims management, claims processing, quality standards, and healthcare network operations
Proven experience leading cross‑functional projects in complex or matrixed environments
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable information

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma)
Experience designing or implementing client‑specific network (CSN) solutions
