Responsibilities
Ensure that relationships with external customers & vendors are well maintained in order to resolve issues
Works closely with other internal departments to resolve any payable related discrepancies that would cause delayed vendor payments
General Accounting duties as assigned including but not limited to; general ledger account analysis and journal entry posting
Proficiency with basic excel formulas like vlookups and use of pivot tables
Qualification
Required
Effective oral and written communication skills
Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships
Strong bias for action
Detail oriented and accurate
This position requires a U.S Person or a person who can qualify for a Department of State or Department of Commerce License
