Responsibilities
Run bi-weekly payroll for 1000+ employees
Keep payroll records up-to-date + accurate
Review timesheets & payroll data for accuracy
Collaborate with HR to support employee changes and payroll questions
Handle employee pay/tax inquiries with professionalism and clarity
Prepare payroll-related journal entries
Reconcile payroll-related GL accounts
Assist with month-end + year-end close
Support financial reporting & ad-hoc analysis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance or solid equivalent experience
2+ years of hands-on payroll experience
Strong Excel skills (formulas + pivots are your friend)
Experience with online payroll systems (Paycom, UKG, Kronos, ADP, etc.)
Preferred
You're systems-savvy and curious about how accounting systems work behind the scenes
