Quality Engineer III

Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product quality and reliability
Conduct inspections and tests to identify defects and nonconformities
Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement solutions
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
Minimum 2 years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role
Strong knowledge of quality methodologies and tools
Experience with quality control systems and processes
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status
Preferred
Advanced degree in Engineering or a related field
Experience with Six Sigma or other quality improvement methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to drive results and meet deadlines
Passion for innovation and continuous learning
