Responsibilities

Conducting focused, high-impact reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency
Creating personalized motivational experiences through gamified literacy benchmarks
Reviewing student performance data to refine teaching methods and generate actionable findings
Partnering with engineering teams to assess and improve AI-driven literacy platforms using classroom evidence
Building scalable, AI-integrated content that supports early elementary students in reaching grade-level reading proficiency

Qualification

Advanced reading certificationMaster's degree in readingK–2 studentsAI/adaptive learning platformsDifferentiated instructionData-informed teaching

Required

Advanced reading certification (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent) OR Master's degree in reading instruction
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 2 years of experience conducting small-group reading interventions with K–2 students
Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-packaged curricula
Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning platforms and adapting to student engagement patterns within those tools
Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
Able to work on-site at one of these campuses: Phoenix, AZ; Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
