Responsibilities
Leading collaborative teams of architects and engineers to deliver innovative, high-quality designs
Producing exceptional project deliverables at every stage of design
Representing and championing architectural design excellence within the firm
Participating in client meetings and interviews for new project opportunities
Qualification
Required
Professional degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited program
Licensed Architect (RA) in Virginia or eligible for reciprocity
Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in architectural practice
Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, construction, and structures
Proficiency with Revit
Preferred
Experience with Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, Procore, Office 365, Teams, and Enscape
Experience with federal, healthcare, and/or higher education work
Accredited professional under LEED, LFA, WELL or other sustainability-focused organization
Evidence-Based Design Accreditation and Certification (EDAC)
