Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between Supply Chain/Operations and IT, leading system issue escalation, enhancements, and deployment
Establish, optimize, and expand the use of M2M (and related systems such as Syteline) for Planning, Scheduling, Capacity Analysis, Demand Management, Order Management, Inventory Management and other Supply Chain functions
Act as subject matter expert for ERP functionality as it relates directly or indirectly to Supply Chain and Manufacturing
Define and maintain optimal inventory levels required to meet targeted service levels
Develop and enforce standards of operation to ensure accurate inventory records
Assist with aggressive inventory plans and projects to achieve business targets
Establish and oversee the master scheduling process at the individual site location and globally
Ensure consistent and visible production expectations aligned with long-term supply plans
Develop planning methodologies and tools to support systematic work order and shop floor schedule management
Maintain and enhance capacity models within ERP systems across manufacturing sites
Collaborate with site teams to create and maintain long-term supply plans using systematic planning tools
Expand the use of system-driven analytics and reporting to improve decision-making
Generate performance metrics for Operations to monitor and control production activities
Ensure master data integrity in key systems through process monitoring and control
Partner cross-functionally with leaders and teams across multiple locations
Communicate complex planning, system, and operational topics clearly to audiences ranging from the shop floor to executive leadership

Required

Bachelor
Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning and Material Requirements Planning Systems
7+ years of experience in supply chain management, specifically in supply planning, production scheduling, materials management, and logistics

Preferred

Bachelor in Business or Supply Chain
4+ Years of experience leading projects, supply chain development, and applying technical business acumen for understanding key levers for efficient supply and inventory management
People management experience in customer service and shipping/receiving
Experience with ERP System Implementation
APICS Certification
Contract manufacturing experience in a regulated industry
