The Senior Manager SIOP & Procurement is responsible for developing and managing the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning process while leading the procurement team to support demand through sourcing and purchasing critical components.

Responsibilities
Develop and lead the monthly SIOP cycle, ensuring alignment across sales, operations, and supply chain teams
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to gather accurate demand forecasts and translate them into actionable production and procurement plans
Work with sales and dealer networks to understand customer demand fluctuations, including custom truck upfit requirements
Analyze trends, seasonality, and business drivers to refine demand plans continuously
Oversee inventory controls and accurate MRP data in SAP to support operational efficiency
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as on-time delivery (OTD), inventory turns, forecast accuracy, and procurement effectiveness
Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or similar field
5+ years Purchasing/Sourcing/Shipping & Receiving
Experience in WMS and TMS systems
SAP/ERP proficiency
Strong understanding of procurement, supply chain and logistics processes
Excellent Leadership skills
