Responsibilities
Designing and Leading Workshops: Create and deliver workshops that inspire students to discover new capabilities. From entrepreneurship to public speaking, you'll deliver practical skills that motivate
Facilitating daily Motivation Sessions: Begin each day guiding students to establish ambitious goals and develop the mindset to achieve them
Driving student achievement: Apply proven frameworks to ensure every student reaches challenging academic and personal objectives
Developing personalized motivational approaches: Collaborate with students to create reward systems and incentives that foster self-motivated excellence
Qualification
Required
Willingness to work in person in Brownsville, TX. Relocation assistance is available
Bachelor's degree in any subject
Experience employing a growth mindset to achieve a high level of performance
High level of energy and a desire to boost others up
A desire to connect, inspire, and motivate K-8th grade students
Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship
Preferred
Experience inspiring, motivating, or coaching young people in non-traditional environments (athletic coach, camp counselor, etc.)
You're a role model whose enthusiasm for excellence is infectious
