Responsibilities
Underwrite, close, and monitor complex broadly syndicated, club, and bilateral commercial loans in accordance with applicable Bank policies, procedures, and best practices
Timely completion of portfolio administration activities, including periodic reviews, risk ratings, product renewals, delinquencies, exceptions, etc
Identify and escalate emerging concerns, as appropriate
Attend client calls (virtual or in-person) with Relationship Management and other Bank partners, as applicable
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market/industry trends
Support training and development initiatives for junior colleagues (Analysts & Associates)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required
8 or more years of credit experience in a portfolio management / underwriting role in Energy and Reserve-Based lending
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or other related field
High level of professionalism and attention to detail
Experience with syndicated, club, and bilateral commercial loans
