Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain operational technology (OT) systems, including SCADA, PLC/PACS, and other process control systems
Monitor performance of OT systems. Review and assess new technology, processes, materials and equipment
Strong understanding of OT protocols and mapping them to Ignition SCADA systems
Proficiency in Database systems and SQL scripting
Proficiency in python, and java using the language inside the Ignition platform
Assess operational limitations and implement solutions / strategies for improved processes and operational efficiency
Work closely with operations, maintenance, IT and related teams to ensure seamless integration of OT systems
Must be able to make sound engineering decisions under limited time constraints
Monitor and support OT related projects
Ensure compliance with industry and safety regulations and procedures
May perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering), or equivalent experience
6 years of job-related experience, including experience with OT systems, Ignition SCADA and various Automation products
Design, implement, and maintain operational technology (OT) systems, including SCADA, PLC/PACS, and other process control systems

Knowledge of natural gas industry standards and regulations
Preferred
Ignition Core certified preferred; GOLD certified a PLUS
