This role involves deploying and scaling SPIFFE/SPIRE infrastructure to provide secure identity services for cloud-native workloads while ensuring the robustness and authentication of service mesh and Kubernetes environments.

Responsibilities

Lead the deployment and configuration of SPIRE Server and Agents

Develop custom workload and node attestors to enhance identity verification

Manage the lifecycle of SVIDs, including issuance and automated rotation

Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate identity solutions into Istio and Envoy-based architectures
