Responsibilities
Review and assess the existing data sources and data source systems within the agency and identify threats to data validity and reliability
Work with the Division of Community Services, the Division of Clinical and Quality Management, the Division of Administration, and stakeholders to identify and develop actionable recommendations that when implemented will result in improvement to data validity and reliability
Review data source training materials; conduct subject matter expert and stakeholder interviews; review system training materials; shadow data source users; conduct source system table analysis, review, synthesize and prioritize all threats; develop and present actionable recommendations to mitigate identified threats
Qualification
Required
5+ years of BA Experience in IT projects
IT software/application project experience required
Experience with MS Excel spreadsheets
Experience with Power Query
Experience with data warehouse capabilities
Experience in analyzing system problems
Experience in designing and testing standards and solutions
Experience in evaluating procedures and processes
Experience working with structured and unstructured data
A master's degree in business administration, with a concentration in information technology or a bachelor's degree in computer and information technology or related field and 5 years of experience in a related field

Ability to build relationships with management, program personnel, and the IT department
Ability to explain complex issues in a way that they all understand
