Responsibilities
Support new product development and engineering changes for data center products
Develop and improve processes alongside production, purchasing, quality, and operations teams
Create and maintain engineering drawings, specifications, and design documentation
Prepare quotes for new and non-standard product designs
Interpret customer, project manager, and architectural requirements to assess feasibility and timelines
Create project submittals for design approval
Support manufacturing with process development and prototyping
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and product standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
0–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
Strong proficiency in SolidWorks (required)
Experience with 2D/3D CAD systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Preferred
AutoCAD and Revit experience is a plus (especially BIM)
Exposure to new product development and manufacturing processes
Project management experience
