Oracle HCM Reports Implementations Specialist

NetworkPedia is a certified women-owned technology and talent solutions company, and they are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Report Writer / Business Analyst to support a large-scale transformation from PeopleSoft to Oracle HCM. The successful candidate will partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs while designing, testing, and delivering custom Oracle HCM reports, as well as training end users and ensuring alignment with business processes.

Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams during analysis and design
Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and data requirements for reporting
Design, develop, and maintain custom Oracle HCM reports , including payroll-related reporting
Validate and test reports to ensure accuracy, performance, and business alignment
Conduct walkthroughs with business and technical teams to confirm requirements and obtain sign-off
Train end users on report usage, interpretation, and best practices
Identify opportunities to improve business processes through reporting and system capabilities
Support issue analysis, resolution, and delivery throughout the SDLC
Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Project Managers, and global delivery teams

Required

Strong hands-on experience creating custom Oracle HCM reports
Solid understanding of Oracle HCM modules, including Payroll
Business Analysis experience with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Strong data knowledge and understanding of system behavior, dependencies, and integrations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational skills with the ability to document, track, and manage requirements

Preferred

Experience supporting PeopleSoft to Oracle HCM migrations
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum environments
Experience working with global, cross-time-zone teams
Basic financial services domain knowledge
