Manage and lead structural engineering projects from design through completion
Oversee development of structural contract documents, including drawings and specifications
Manage support staff and coordinate project workflows
Ensure projects meet quality, budget, and schedule requirements
Work independently and proactively to solve technical and management challenges
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
SC PE license
8+ years of experience in structural project management
Experience managing support staff
Experience overseeing development of structural contract documents for new building and renovation/rehabilitation design
Professional communication skills
Enthusiasm and a drive to exceed expectations
Preferred
Revit experience
RAM Structural System or ETABS experience
