Responsibilities
Perform quality audits of custom client Fleet spec templates to ensure accuracy and compliance
Provide coaching and feedback to New Vehicle Acquisition Consultants and CSAs on Fleet spec creation quality
Identify trends and training opportunities using audit results
Support training on ordering platforms including FleetSelect and NAOP
Assist with testing FleetSelect and NAOP enhancements when required
Act as a liaison between the business and IT on Fleet Select, DLO, and Price & Spec system issues
Support Fleet Specification rebuilds as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent business experience
1–2 years of automotive experience preferred
Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools
Highly organized with strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
Ability to adapt to change with flexibility
Preferred
Experience auditing high-volume, high-value specifications
Ability to provide effective coaching and quality feedback
Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
Comfort working independently with minimal supervision
