Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and maintain BI solutions such as dashboards, reports, and data models
Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into analytical or reporting needs
Maintain and refine source data pulls from data lake to Power BI
Perform ad‑hoc analyses to support business questions, identify trends, and provide insights
Monitor performance of BI systems and troubleshooting issues as needed
Support data governance by documenting processes, reporting logic, and data definitions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, or a related field
0–4 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related fields
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts
Exposure to financial, operational, or KPI‑driven reporting environments
Preferred
Experience with BI tools, Power BI preferred
