Responsibilities

Lead the evaluation, negotiation, and execution of strategic inorganic opportunities for our Consumer Bank and Wealth Management organizations
Collaboratively develop our book of work and pipeline of opportunities with the lines of business, including identifying key elements of the strategy, analysis of the competitive landscape, leading diligence, and making recommendations
Lead presentations and proposals to senior executives across the Consumer Bank and Wealth Management
Lead relationships with external companies and stakeholders, acting as the lead point of contact for JPMorgan
Develop and deliver specific partner proposals with the lines of business, including overall vision, partnership economics, and product integration
Work with finance, legal and other functional partners to develop business cases, deal constructs and other key terms associated with partnerships
Monitor external environment for important competitive developments and potential partnership opportunities and share perspectives with key line of business partners
Ensure all deals are executed in accordance with firmwide policies, controls and procedures

Required

6+ years' professional experience focused within Corporate Development, Management Consulting and/or Strategy roles
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented, cross functional environment
Proven track record of leading large strategic programs
Ability to lead and own the end-to-end process to execute strategic partnerships and deals, including negotiation, business casing, and senior level presentations
Experience in managing and leading small teams
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, with strong project management ability
Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Experience and comfort presenting to senior management
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required

Preferred

MBA degree preferred
Prior experience working with FinTechs or WealthTechs
Familiarity with the venture and fundraising ecosystem
Prior experience in Wealth Management and/or Consumer Banking, especially in operational, strategy, or business development roles
