Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end planning, execution, and measurement of operations‑focused programs supporting a global tech environment
Establish and manage program operating rhythms, including milestone plans, risk/issue management, cross‑functional dependencies, and stakeholder communications
Drive clarity in scope, outcomes, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational OKRs and Ops Excellence priorities
Apply customer‑centric, outcome‑driven thinking to shape problem statements, define success metrics, and influence product‑aligned roadmaps
Translate operational challenges into clear product or capability needs; partner with Product Owners and leaders to align on value‑driven prioritization
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and fast feedback loops
Coach and collaborate with cross‑functional teams on Agile practices, ceremonies, and delivery patterns that promote predictability and transparency
Encourage outcome‑based planning, backlog hygiene, and effective team agreements
Promote alignment and autonomy across domains by facilitating cross‑team coordination and scaling Agile behaviors where appropriate
Partner with senior technology and operations leadership to identify bottlenecks, optimize delivery workflows, enhance governance, and strengthen operating models
Streamline communication and decision‑making channels across regions and functions in support of global collaboration
Develop insights through meaningful metrics: flow, cycle time, quality, adoption, and operational performance
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Program Manager within Agile, product‑centric technology organizations (global experience strongly preferred)
Demonstrated product mindset: comfort with product strategy concepts, value definition, outcome orientation, and customer‑centric problem solving
Strong operational leadership experience and familiarity with Ops Excellence patterns (process optimization, cross‑team orchestration, operational KPIs)
Ability to influence without authority, create clarity from ambiguity, and partner effectively across product, engineering, and business functions
Excellent communication skills, with a track record of executive‑level reporting and cross‑functional alignment
Experience supporting enterprise‑level Agile transformations and/or product‑operating‑model transitions
Familiarity with frameworks referenced in Agile/product‑mindset enablement work, including team‑level OKRs, intake practices, prioritization, and cross‑domain alignment
Background in large‑scale global technology operations, digital transformation, or platform governance
