Responsibilities
You’ll manage a portfolio of businesses preparing for sale, acting as the lead relationship manager throughout the entire sell‑side process
This includes overseeing preparation, marketing, negotiations, LOIs, and closings while guiding a team of Associate Directors
You’ll lead client communications, resolve issues, drive deal momentum, and contribute to process improvements and training initiatives across the firm
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of M&A experience
strong financial acumen
at least three years of team leadership
excel at negotiations
client communication
managing multiple transactions in a fast‑paced, structured environment
a polished, professional presence
onsite availability
the ability to navigate complex financial and legal considerations
