Responsibilities

Support routine customer enabling activities in order management and claims management processes
Assist in identifying obstacles in the claims process and coordinate with customer service, sales, and account managers for corrective actions
Update internal stakeholders on claim status and assist in issue resolution
Generate and maintain claim documentation as per established procedures
Resolve simple clerical and administrative issues related to claim investigation, processing, and resolution
Respond to customer inquiries regarding credit memos, debit memos, short pay and deduction authorizations
Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, and customer support tasks under supervision
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when required
Maintain accurate documentation and follow defined internal procedures
Perform other assigned administrative and support duties

Required

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or claims management
Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and customers
Experience handling customer inquiries related to billing, credits, debits, or deductions
Strong documentation and data entry skills with attention to detail
Ability to follow defined processes and procedures
Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Must have experience with Salesforce
Must have experience with ERP tools (SAP or similar)
