Senior Vice President of Sales
Smart-tek is seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales (SVP of Sales) to lead and scale their U.S. enterprise sales organization during a high-growth phase. This executive leadership role is responsible for national sales strategy, enterprise new business development, and revenue growth, focusing on healthcare, SaaS, ISVs, high-tech, and digital transformation services.

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and scale a national enterprise sales team across key U.S. regions
Recruit top-performing sales directors and enterprise account executives
Establish clear performance metrics, accountability, and sales best practices
Own enterprise revenue targets and new logo acquisition
Drive annual production targets of approximately $4M–$5M per sales representative
Personally lead strategic, high-value sales pursuits and executive negotiations
Expand market presence across Atlanta, the East Coast, and additional U.S. regions
Implement and manage a consistent enterprise sales methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC)
Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and CRM discipline
Conduct deal reviews, pipeline inspections, and win/loss analysis
Identify enterprise buying signals such as digital transformation initiatives, PE activity, and leadership changes
Partner with marketing, delivery, and solution teams on go-to-market strategy
Represent the company at industry conferences, healthcare and technology events, and executive forums
Work closely with delivery leaders and solution architects to ensure customer value alignment
Build and manage strategic partnerships with cloud and technology partners (AWS, GCP, etc.)
Qualification
Required
15+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience
5+ years in senior sales leadership roles (VP of Sales, SVP of Sales, Head of Sales)
Experience leading consultative sales teams in technology services, IT consulting, digital engineering, or SaaS services
Proven success closing multi-million-dollar enterprise services deals
Experience in private equity–backed or high-growth organizations
Strong knowledge of cloud, AI, data, digital transformation, and enterprise technology solutions
Executive presence with strong communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel up to 40%
Preferred
Experience selling into healthcare, life sciences, or health technology organizations
Background in banking, financial services, or insurance (BFSI)
Established enterprise relationships within healthcare, SaaS, or high-tech markets
