Change Agent: Challenge existing assumptions around all areas of engineering. how work is structured, which projects we build and why, etc. Aligns the organization around impactful goals and aspirations
Cross-team collaboration: Partners with product and engineering organizations to interpret product definitions and requests, focusing on the highest value work for the organization and our customers
Engineering discipline: Create consistent, efficient, user-loved products by balancing technical excellence with deep understanding of business needs, user experience, and iterative processes to deliver significant impact
Mentorship and development: Excellent leadership skills in talent development, performance management, and fostering a collaborative, high-impact work environment. Mentor engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
15 years of experience including 10 years leading software engineering teams
5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, next-generation technology development, and systems engineering
Extensive experience leading engineering teams, set strategic goals, drive execution, and deliver measurable outcomes
Preferred
Experience with compiler and library engineering, system profiling, debugger engineering, and workload analysis
