Responsibilities
Support Supply Chain initiatives through meaningful project work that impacts day-to-day operations
Assist with areas such as demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, sourcing, production, and logistics
Analyze data related to inventory levels, lead times, costs, and service performance
Help identify process improvements and efficiencies across the supply chain
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Product Development, Finance, and Operations
Partner with a dedicated mentor for guidance, feedback, and professional development
Participate in workshops, lunch & learns, and panel discussions focused on supply chain and business fundamentals
Present a capstone project to Fossil leadership at the end of the program
Bring a curious, analytical mindset and fresh ideas to collaborative team projects
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
At least 18 years old by the start of the program
Excited to work in-person at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX (Mon–Thurs onsite, Fri remote)
Understanding of global supply chain & planning both for retail and ecommerce
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (Excel/Google sheets required)
Highly organized with attention to detail
Interest in global operations, logistics, and process improvement
Eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute in a fast-paced environment
